And, that may be the reason why guys talk a lot when they were courting to a girl and no longer talk after married. So, if you are in a group of those women, who are looking for ways to deal with their husbands who simply don’t talk to them, this article is for you. Here are some useful tips to help you to get your husband speaks to you.

Get the Timing Right:

Make sure you pick the right time to talk. He may be tense or preoccupied with family problems, office matters or may be very tired after work. Your husband may not respond you when he is preoccupied with problems or if you want to discuss serious issues right after he comes home from work. This may simply make him angry or exasperate him, and it will definitely not make him open to conversation. So, if you need to discuss some matter or share anything, make sure that you pick the right time, when your husband is more relaxed.

Use the Correct Approach:

Be sure, you approach your husband correctly, if you want him to respond you. Start the conversation with an agreeable exchange of feelings and thoughts, instead of starting with harsh and accusing words. Avoid starting the sentences with “YOU”. For example, “You never listen to what I say”, instead you can say” I will be very happy if you can listen to me for a few minutes”. Also, refrain from the urge to use an absolute terms such as never and always in a sentence.

Stick to the present:

You may like to express all your grievances, the moment you get chance to speak to your husband. But, this will never resolve anything. So, if you talk today, don’t try to bring up all of your past grievances and issues. Stick to the present and talk what you need to discuss today and settle the immediate problems, instead of bringing out all the past issues. This will simply worsen the situation and wouldn’t solve anything.
