Old Age Love

Some people say that love is a fountain, an elixir which never stops flowing and whose origin in unknown. In fact, it is true to a great extent.

Many of us are fortunate to find out soul mate at the very first instance and happily tie the knot with the person. Having spent an entire lifetime with your partner, there come about situations where one partner departs leaving the other bereaved and lonely

This becomes even more difficult when the couple marry after falling in love. There exist a whole barrage of emotions, sentiments and memories which the couples share over their entire lifetime. Few of them are precious and difficult to forget. It is against this background, that a person feels even lonelier and craves for a companion.

So there could be different reasons which could be stated for old age love, some of which could be:

Need for a partner:

The need for a partner is more in people who have lost their beloved ones to whom they were married for an entire lifetime. The stigma of loneliness hurts every minute, every second and that is when the person feels the need to have another partner

Meet the right person:

In the journey of life, many a times it so happens that the person people get married to end up being faithful partners and serve the marriage wedlock in the best possible manner. But sometimes few people do not meet the person of their choice in their youth and they prefer to wait. In this process, they age and out of sheer providence their wait reaps rewards when they meet their partner in the last leg of life's journey. Some people go on to the extent of dubbing this as true love!

A second remarriage

Marriage is a long journey, a journey which many people accomplish successfully while some unfortunate ones don't. For those couples who see the entire length, love during old age means a second remarriage almost. Old age is the age when the people almost become like kids. They crave for more love and attention. It is in this light the bond of love and marriage assumes gargantuan proportions. Not only do people feel cared and secured during the old age but a great amount of love comes into being between the two partners. Caring assumes undertones of love during old age and as a result enhances its importance.
