Tips for Flirting
Flirting is a two way process but lays an important role when it comes to the women. It is generally perceived that the females give the lead which is hooked onto by the males!
They are much more subtle about flirting clues than who could carelessly walk to a lady and ask her out! Because of this men need to really pay attention. Ladies, men are not used to women flirting with them. An overwhelming majority of men said they would just love it if a woman would talk to them first or at least express a larger clue that you were interested in checking them out.
A few means which women could resort to flirt that men need to watch out and a few tips which women could use to draw the attention of a man are:
Repeated contact.
The lady could try giving at least three separate verbal or non-verbal clues. This is to ensure that the man realizes that it is him that the lady is targeting! So the time he's going to look around and make sure it's really him that you are flirting with.
The second, he knows it's him and he gets flushed and pleased. The third time you can express interest-by introducing yourself, or commenting on his tie, or waving from across the room. Now he knows you are open to meeting and it will be a cinch.
Whisper
Whispering always get the attention of men. One of the ways to do it could be to ask them if you could tell them a secret and then whisper in their ear: 'I just love your tie...can I buy it from you when you are done with it?
Avoid sitting with other women.
Men folk generally do not like being rejected in front of an audience. So if you do go out with a friend, take a few minutes off from your conversation to ensure that men do not feel the risk of your disapproval by interrupting you.
Treat men gently
It is advisable that women interested in flirting be gentle and nice. Even if it comes to disapproving some one it is preferable that you remain nice to the person. All the other men are watching to see what you do. If you laugh after he leaves or show visual disapproval, you are cutting your chances on anyone else approaching you.
Try shaking his hand and say something like: 'It was so nice of you to approach me...what's your name? Tom? Tom, I know how hard it is to meet people...I might have a girlfriend who would be interested in you.' If a man acts in like a jerk, be polite in showing your displeasure! Firmly say that 'lines' with sexual overtones are not only not attractive to you but to most other women in the world.

Become More Irresistible
You could wear think of wearing a pair of high heels or use a darker shade of red as a lipstick to catch the attention! Arch your back a little as you sit up tall and cross your legs high. Wear earrings that are interesting enough to make someone comment on them.
